Qualifications
To be eligible for the program, families must:
- Be expecting a baby or have a child between 6 weeks and 36 months of age;
- Meet federal poverty guidelines (see below);
- Live in an eligible zip code (City of Mesquite or Kaufman County)
- Be willing to participate in Early Head Start activities; and
- Be willing to volunteer a minimum of four hours monthly.
