Dallas Services strongly believes that all children, both typically developing and those with special needs, learn best when learning together. At Dallas Services, every child is treated as an individual; lessons are specifically designed to meet each child’s developmental level. When appropriate, individual education plans are developed to insure that all of the child’s needs are met. Our classrooms incorporate a variety of sensory-motor strategies for maximized learning and interaction. An Inclusion Specialist coordinates care and programming for our children with special needs. The educational team works together to determine appropriate modifications and accommodations for fine motor, gross motor and self care skill delays. We have a staff Occupational Therapist and contract with local agencies for other therapies such as Physical Therapy or Speech Therapy.
